Detective Linda Moriarty is a senior officer with the NYC Paramortal Crimes Division. For the last year she's been investigating a serial kidnapper called "The Aquarist". This individual has abducted at least three victims so far, putting them in large tanks where they are kept in a sustained state of drowning.
